Site work and renovation of a civil project in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work generally includes demolition of existing equipment, replacement of damaged gate, replacement of stairway, replacement of gas detection equipment, replacement of influent pumps and associated electrical / power equipment, construction of emergency power connections and transformer, flow metering, yard piping, electrical, plumbing, structural and instrumentation and controls construction. Bidders must send a representative to attend the Pre-Bid meeting virtually. This is your only opportunity to speak directly with staff from the Water Utility Department regarding the project. QUESTIONS DURING THE BID PROCESS All questions concerning this bid shall be submitted in writing at least five business days prior to the online bid opening to Ryan La Russo at larussor@naperville.il.us. The deadline for questions is Friday, September 15, 2023 by 12:00 p.m. If required, a written response in the form of an Bid 23-192 3 of 4 SPRINGBROOK WATER RECLAMATION CENTER INFLUENT PUMP STATION AND SOUTH PLANT FORCE MAIN IMPROVEMENTS addendum will be issued. No contact with the Water Utility Department shall be made during the bid process. Questions asked after the deadline are not guaranteed a response.
