Site work and paving for a civil project in Georgetown, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Bid Results: JKB Construction Company LLC - $9,118 ProDirt Services LLC - $170,510 KH OPC - $440,780 The work generally consists of the construction of water, wastewater, drainage, street, and landscaping improvements and associated and incidental appurtenances for the Amenity Center, Lazy S Road and the continuation of BCH Way in the Berry Creek Highlands subdivision in Georgetown, in Williamson County, Texas. Representatives of the Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the project. The engineer will distribute to prospecting Bidders a record of such Addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to discussions or inquiries arising at the conference. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with power of attorney attached or a cashier's check of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid (sum of all bid items) made payable to Ashton Austin Residential, LLC. A Bid which, in the opinion of the Owner's staff, deviates significantly from the contract Documents, and which has not been clarified through a written Addenda prior to Bid submittal deadline, shall be considered an exception to the Contract Documents and grounds for the Bid to be rejected. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities in Bids received. Bidders should read and understand all terms and conditions contained in these Contract Documents. Contract Time is of the essence and all Work shall be substantially completed within one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (A maximum of thirty-five (35) calendar days are included for contingency within these 180 days for construction-related delays (rain days, etc.); No additional days shall be allowed). All Work shall be fully completed and ready for final payment within two hundred and ten (210) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. This document has important legal consequences; consultation with an attorney is encouraged with respect to its use or modification.
