18th Street Phase includes Construction of lift station on 18th Street (PTH 10) south of Patricia Avenue. Wastewater sewer extending north and west to service adjacent developments. Forcemain from the lift station to connection at existing forcemain on 1st Street, downstream of existing South End Lift Station. Fiber optic communications installation. TIMELINE: Tender expected late 2025, or possibly early 2026. Updates will be made at that time. Total budget is $15 million.
