Unit 7203: Bathroom: remove and proper dispose items below. Provide and install new (as per specs): New showerhead and taps New vanity including sink, tiles and taps New LED light fixture and heat lamp New flooring and baseboard Repair drywall where necessary New vent cover Relpace isolation valves, install stainless steel braided lines (speedways), new shower mixing valve. Fix drywall and re-tile tub surround Caulk where required Kitchen: Replace kitchen cabinets. New back splash Install new isolation valves and stainless steel braided lines (speedways) Install new hardware, new sink and tap. Remove and dispose kitchen hood. Provide and install new kitchen hood as per spec (include any electrical adjustments, if necessary) Replace kitchen grill (cover) with new one New LED light fixtures as per specs Caulking where required Entire unit: Paint entire unit walls and ceiling as per spec. Color to be selected by property manager Replace all unit flooring with vinyl plank + baseboard as per spec Replace all light fixtures for LED. See specs Replace all electrical switches, plugs, etc Replace zone valves and thermostat. Replace heating cabinet. Repair and paint all shelves and closet doors All storage and closet doors: replace with custom made wood door.
