Future updates to nine sports fields within the SMCDSB portfolio located within the property of the secondary schools and comprise the scope of work. TIMELINE: The Consultant completed an assessment of Sports Field Maintenance and Rehabilitation standards on board sites to identify strategies for incremental changes and improvements to the Boards Sports Field infrastructure. The intent of the study was to make recommendations to improve administrative, design, development and maintenance practices to expand the life and health of the natural turf sports fields including hard and soft surface sport tracks. No construction projects resulted from this study. Coverage of this report is discontinued.
