Bids will be taken under advisement on Friday July 22, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. for the furnishing of all necessary materials, machinery, equipment, labor, superintendence, and all other services and appurtenances required for FY22-ENG-32 Freddie Benavides Park Baseball Field Concession Stand & Restrooms Upgrades for the City of Laredo, and shall include acknowledgement of any addenda submitted, and all other documents included in said bid call. Said bid shall be marked, FY22-ENG-32 Freddie Benavides Park Baseball Field Concession Stand & Restrooms Upgrades This project consists of upgrading the Concession Stand and Restrooms with new features: A/C units, cabinets, lights, doors, roof and fresh paint. Also included in this project are ADA Ramps and concrete slab. Each proposal and a proposal guaranty must be originals and must be sealed in an envelope plainly marked with the name of the project as shown above, and the name and address of the Bidder. When submitted by mail, this envelope shall be placed in another envelope addressed as indicated in this Notice to Bidders and shall be marked as a bid for the project above referred. Owner agrees to give Notice of Award of Contract to the successful bidder within ninety (90) days of the bid opening. Bidders are expected to inspect the site of the work and inform themselves regarding all local conditions.
