Question Deadline 07/14/2022 at 8:00 PM PT (a) Bid Bond: 10% of the contract value (b) Performance Bond: 100% of the contract value including change orders (c) Labor and Materials Payment Bond: 100% of the contract value including change orders It is the intent of the RTAA to select a qualified Contractor licensed to work in the State of Nevada to provide maintenance operations that include, but are not limited to, pavement preparation, placement of Type I and Type II Micro surfacing, installing pavement markings, and placing and maintaining traffic control, and to provide all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, transportation services, permits and fees, utilities required, and all incidental items necessary to provide. Funding for this Project, comprised of CARES Act (federal grant), has been approved, but dollar amount will not be disclosed as the RTAA requires the Contractor to propose best pricing and scheduling based on the specifications as described herein. Due to the federal grant funding, Buy American Certifications and Davis-Bacon requirements will be applicable and required. The RTAA reserves the right to reject Contractors Bid as non-responsive, to consider the Bid without Contractors standard terms and conditions, or to require Contractor to delete reference to such as a condition of evaluation or award of the Bid. If, after award of Contract, the successful Contractor provides materials or services accompanied by new or additional standard terms or conditions, they too shall be considered void and the RTAA may require deletion or revision as a further condition of performance by the Contractor.
