The contractor will need to provice cost proposal based on the Scope of Work and provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the project. (See SOW) 2. You are invited to submit a bid in response to our Invitation for Bids (IFB) entitled) W50S86-22-B-0001 TDVG 102825 Repair Firefighter Facility at the Alpena CRTC, MI 49707. 2.2. As a result of this solicitation, the Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation for bids, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price. 2.3.
