Site work for a water / sewer project in Concord, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of September 6, 2022. The Project has been awarded to Barton Contracting Corporation in the amount of $1,597,074.33.** This project consists of the installation of 2,964+/- feet of 12-inch diameter PVC and DI sewer line to eliminate the existing pump station located within the Province Green subdivision. Eight (8) new manholes will be installed as part of this project. The proposed sewer line will discharge into the Water and Sewer Authority of Cabarrus County (WSACC) Coddle Creek sewer outfall and will cross under the stream. Open cutting the stream will be necessary to install the required casing. This excavation will be completed in accordance with Water Quality General Certification No. 4276 as attached in Appendix B.
