Construction of a new permanent pedestrian bridge crossing over John Counter Boulevard and the CN Rail line to provide a north south connection for the existing Kingston and Pembroke Trail (K&P Trail), between Division Street and Elliot Avenue. A connection bridge to the existing trail will also be considered. TIMELINE: MCEA is complete. Whether or not the Consultant who completed the EA will do the detailed design is unconfirmed. Further update fall 2026.
