Sharon, Tennessee is requesting statements of qualifications from professional engineering firms for the engineering, design, inspection, and bidding of proposed TDEC-ARP(s). The city is requesting proposals for engineering and construction representation services necessary to implement this project. Duties performed will include preparation of the preliminary engineering report, assistance with the technical aspects of application narrative, budget creation, assistance with environmental reviews, surveying the site(s), creating bid specs and bidding the project, construction inspection, plans and specifications, communications with contractor/vendor, and submission of invoices, etc. These duties shall be performed as necessary throughout the lifecycle of the project. The proposal will be evaluated based on the following factors (25 points each) 1. Technical Expertise and Experience 2. Past Performance on similar contracts 3. Ability to work within specific time constraints 4. Familiarity of the firm with local conditions.
