Site work for a water / sewer project in West Chicago, Illinois. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of September 30, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. All bid proposals are to be made on the forms provided and will be made a part of the contract documents to be executed with the City. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid after the scheduled closing time for a period of ninety (90) days. Minorities and Women Owned Businesses are encouraged to submit bids on these services. The City of West Chicago requires all construction Contractors bidding on Public Works projects and all of their sub-contractors to be governed by the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals, to waive any informality in any bid proposal, to readvertise the proposed services, and to accept the proposal most advantageous to the City. All bidding questions must be submitted in writing by 12:00 PM CST on August 18, 2022. All questions will be answered and posted electronically advertisement by 4:00 PM CST on August 19, 2022.
