The bid security must be valid for ninety (90) days. A letter of intent issued by an insurance company confirming that if the contract is granted and accepted, it will issue in favor of the City of Vaudreuil-Dorion a performance bond and a bond for wages, materials and services, each for fifty percent (50%) of the business contract and/or the issuance of surety bonds in accordance with the examples attached to the tender document. The guarantor must waive the benefit of discussion. TERMS Only persons, companies, companies and corporations who hold a license under the Act respecting the professional qualification of building contractors and who have obtained the tender documents directly from the SEAO are eligible to bid.
