The Evans County Charter School System is seeking bids from qualified vendors for pressure washing of the bleachers and building located at B300 South College Street (Bell Memorial Field) Vendors must provide all equipment, labor and materials necessary to complete the project per specifications. General Scope of Work A. The range of pressure washing shall consist of horizonal and vertical washing and shall include but not limited to: bleachers at football stadium ( Bell Memorial field), sidewalks, curbs, walls, doors, windows, gutters, trim etc. B. Surface materials generally shall include but not limited to masonry, concrete, brick, metal, glass, aluminum and exterior C. Pressure washing shall result in the removal of all foreign materials to include but not limited to gum, mold, mildew, oil, grease, adhesives, bird droppings, sand and dirt. D. Gutters shall be cleaned out during pressure washing operations to ensure free flow from top to bottom. E. Sidewalks within 10 feet of the building and entrance shall be cleaned F. Vendors shall have technical knowledge to support correct application of pressure and any chemicals used in the pressure washing process. G. Vendors will provide all apparatus for safe operation at heights. This will include but not limited to ladders, scaffolds, man -lifts, riggings, anchor free standing counterweight systems and ropes. H. Brush cleaning and low-pressure cleaning shall be used if necessary to avoid damage to particular building exteriors. I. Work done shall meet all required state and local municipal applicable codes. J. The Assistant Superintendent of Students services or designee shall inspect the work quality, completeness, timeliness and cleanup. All invoices will be paid upon satisfactory completion of work.
