Question Acceptance Deadline 08/12/2022 01:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No The project consists of all work necessary to remove and replace portions of concrete slabs and walks at the 16th Circuit Court and the Old County Building, and Plaza waterproofing membrane at the Old County Building, and all associated work including landscape restoration at the following sites: 1. Macomb County 16th Circuit Court 2. Macomb County Old County Building Note: A single lump sum proposal is being entertained for the work of this proposal. Partial or segregated bids or assignments for individual parts of the project will not be considered. Bidder shall include quotes for all alternates and unit prices; failure to do so may result in rejection of proposal. All work performed at the Macomb County 16th Circuit Court & Old County Building shall be done on 2nd shift. Work shall be substantially complete on or before October 28, 2022. General Requirements - Insurance Required - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 %
