Job Location Carl Sandburg Library 30100 Seven Mile Road, Livonia, MI 48152 Question Acceptance Deadline 08/3/2022 12:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Bidders are to submit any questions by 2:00 P.M., local time, on Friday, July 15th, 2022. Questions should be submitted in writing to Enna Bachelor, Purchasing Manager, via email at ebachelor@livonia.gov. No inquiries or contact may be made via telephone regarding this project. The Contracts will consist of the following principal items of work and appurtenances as specified herein and shown on the Contract Drawings. Description of Work: Project involves removal and proper disposal of existing roof and replacement with new TPO roofing system and associated details. Each bid proposal shall be submitted on the proposal forms provided and shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond, executed by the bidder and Surety Company, payable to the City of Livonia in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the accompanying bid. Proposal Guarantee shall provide assurance that the bidder will, upon acceptance of the bid, execute the necessary Contract with the City of Livonia. All bids shall be opened publicly. Each bid shall be recorded together with the name of the bidder. Bids shall be in accordance with the requirements of this notice in order to be deemed "responsive."
