Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Kawartha Lakes, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by The Sir Sandford Fleming College of Applied Arts and Technology (the College) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Request for Proposals For The Supply and Installation of Glazing at Fleming College, Frost Campus, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the Deliverables). The College is looking for experienced Glazing Companies to replace existing windows around the Main Building at the Frost Campus with a like for like glazing units for the exterior envelope of the building. All offices and the Staff Lounge should have vents, so that occupants can get fresh air when desired, as part of the new glazing unit. The work will need to be coordinated with the College to avoid disruption to classes taking place within the building. The existing units shall be removed and disposed off-site in a responsible manner The removal and installation will be completed in October during "reading week" when students do not have classes, which is October 24 to 28, 2022. Substantial completion of the work is to be no later than October 31, 2022.
