CR Number: 2088465 Yonkers Public Library (YPL) is requesting quotes (RFQ) to repaint the walls of its Community Room (A+B), specifically to remove the original wallpaper that is starting to wear down and apply new paint and perform any required preparatory work. The specific paint color requested is described in the RFQ containing the scope of work ("Spanish Sand", BEHR OR-W07). Community Room A+B is approximately 2,400 square feet and is located on the second floor of the Riverfront Library at One Larkin Center, Yonkers NY. One Larkin Center is owned by the City of Yonkers and is occupied by its tenants, YPL and Yonkers Public Schools Yonkers Public Library intends to award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible vendor complying with all requirements and specifications herein, including all solicitation and legal requirements and guidelines. Yonkers Public Library reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. All necessary labor, equipment, materials and supplies required to complete the project should be included in the quote; Yonkers Public Library is not responsible for obtaining any of the above items. Quotes must contain the following information: A plan of how the project will be completed and in what time frame. An estimated, itemized budget report that contains detailed expense information on the cost, quantities and rates of all material, supplies, labor and any other related expenses and will demonstrate meeting prevailing wage standards.
