General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required - Certified Payroll Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % PROJECT SCOPE Work under this contract consists of, but is not limited to the following: Removal and replacement of sidewalk, sidewalk ramps, structure adjustment, and lawn restoration throughout the City in targeted areas, as well as individual areas as described hereinandat the direction of the Engineer. The services will be performed throughout the city with various quantities of the pay items below. The contract will not be for a specific volume of work. Rather, the City, upon requiring the work of the Contractor ,will request necessary services based on unit prices as submitted to a maximumof $270,000.00
