Site work for a water / sewer project in Jacksons Gap, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For the Water System Improvements to Serve the Lakeview Heights Road Area & Davis Circle Project. The Project consists of the following labor and material items: 12,700 LF 6" Water Main (PC 200, C900 DR 18 or HDPE DR 11) 1,650 LF 3" or 4" (PC 200, C900 DR 18 or HDPE DR 11) 7 EA 6" Gate Valve Assembly 4 EA 3" or 4" Gate Valve Assembly 5 EA Fire hydrants Assembly 3 EA Post Hydrants Assembly. The Owner requires the Project to be completed in 150 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or cashier's check in the amount of a sum no less than five (5) percent of the Bid Price but not more than $10,000.00. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, bidder's license number, address, and name of the project. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
