For Make Up Air and Exhaust Fan Replacement The Department of Military Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, travel, mobilization and incidentals necessary to furnish and install one (1) MAU1 Greenheck Model #DGX-P115-H12-MF Make Up Air Unit, one (1) MAU2 Greenheck Model #DGX-P116-H12-MF Make Up Air Unit, one (1) Greenheck Model #CUBE160-7 Rooftop Exhaust Fan, one (1) Greenheck Model #CUBE-180-10 Rooftop Exhaust Fan (or approved equal). The existing two (2) air handlers and two (2) exhaust fans along with all exterior ducting shall be removed and discarded by the contractor. Installation shall be done strictly according to the attached specifications shown in Attachment E Installation Requirements. Units shall have manufacture representative start-up and be totally operational and performing as designed at the completion of the project. All electrical work associated with this project is the responsibility of the contractor. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $85,000.00 to $95,000.00.
