Site work for a municipal facility in Grandview, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Remove and replace approximately 800ft of 6ft 1" spaced wood picket fence using treated lumber with new 4x4 posts, Stringers and Pickets. 1 - 18ft cantilever gate with 2 3/8 gate frame, nylon rollers and Posts - 1x6 pickets to be attached to face of gate. Materials used will be: 4x4x8 treated posts (all posts will be set in concrete) 2x6x8 treated stringers attached to post with 3 1/4 x .131 hot dipped galvanized nail 1x6x6 treated pickets attached to stringer with 1 7/8 x .099 ring shank galvanized nail 4" DQ40 galvanized gate posts Stain and Seal brand stain - Oil based stain (brown in color) Front and back of fence including gate. Quote will include hauling away/disposal of existing fence, temporary fencing during construction, permits and bonds.
