Description

Site work and outdoor lighting for a transportation facility in Shelby, Michigan. Completed plans call for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility.

**As of September 1, 2022 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: Replacing four (4) exterior metal halide light fixtures with LED fixtures on exiting poles and replacing two ceiling mounted fluorescent fixtures with ceiling mounted LED fixtures. Bidders shall have an MDOT Pre-qualification of 33 L or equal as defined in Section 20-02 of the General Contract Provisions. Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from federal, state and local surces. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to County of Oceana in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of One Hundred Eighty (180) days after the receipt of bids. The project shall be completed within Fourteen (14) calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. The County of Oceana reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
