Bids will be received for the following approximate quantities of work. 5,300 Lft of 12-inch pipe bursting of 8-inch watermain, 725 Lft of 12-inch directional bored watermain and appurtenances; restoration, traffic control, and related Work. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond, in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to Charter Township of Brownstown as security for the proper execution of the Agreement. The Charter Township of Brownstown reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest. Bids may not be withdrawn for the period of 90 days after date of receiving bids.
