Renovation of a mixed-use development in Camden, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,940-square-foot, four-story above grade municipal facility.

The Project consists of renovations of the interior of the CCMUA's three story Service and four story Administration Buildings located in Camden, New Jersey. In the event of any inconsistencies between this advertisement, as published, and the bid documentation, the bid documentation shall control Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27 and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.), Affirmative Action. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1999, c. 238 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq,), New Jersey State Prevailing Wage Act, where applicable. Prospective Bidders are advised that the Project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement (PLA). The PLA will be binding upon all Contractors and Sub-contractors performing on-site Project work, as defined in Article 3 of the PLA Agreement. The copy of the PLA agreement is attached to the Supplementary Conditions, Exhibit 10. Proposals are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A 19:44A-2.02, et seq., and as such, contractors are exempt from the limitations on making political contributions under that law. Further, for that reason, as well as because of a language in the New Jersey's Annual Appropriations Act, refusal to disclose campaign contributions otherwise required by NJSA 19:44A-20.2 et seq. and 19:44A-20.25 et seq., will not adversely affect your consideration for award. This contract or subcontract is expected to be funded in part with funds from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust.
