This Request for Proposal (the RFP) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (Norfolk County) to prospective proponents to submit Proposals to retain a full-service Planning or Agricultural sector consulting firm with extensive experience working with the Provincial Policy Statement (PPS) and the ability to analyze large data sets utilizing Geographic Information System (GIS) Software to complete Norfolk Countys Land Evaluation and Area Review (LEAR) Study, which is a component of the Countys Growth Management Study, comprehensive review and PPS Conformity exercise, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix C) (the Deliverables).
