Remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in North Bend, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
Project Objective: 1. Replace the Existing Roof System, roof membrane, rigid insulation and a portion of the plywood roof deck. Install seismic strapping, improve roof deck nailing and attach below deck drag struts per plans, provide roof penetration curb and blocking for a single HVAC ventilation location, roof hatch improvements, new aluminum roof access ladder, ladder port. Exclusion of seismic wall or below roof work that can be performed after roof installation. Exclude additional skylights. Pressure wash building upon completion. 2. Replace HVAC equipment in (3) existing end of life systems, reuse ducts, improve office ventilation to meet code requirements, provide slab on grade pads where required for outdoor equipment, Clean/Sanitize all ducts. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
