Midland County Hospital District is Requesting Proposals for: Elevator Modernization For Midland Memorial Hospital. All proposals must be sealed and labeled "RFP # 1370-070522" Under no circumstances will faxed proposals from bidders be accepted. All proposals must be price protected until 08/02/2023. All proposals will remain confidential until after an award has been made. Offerors will then be allowed to review the proposals in the purchasing office according to the policy and procedures of Midland Memorial Hospital. Midland County Hospital District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities.
