Scope of Work: Fulton County, Georgia ("County") This project involves the solicitation of proposals from qualified Contractors for a "turnkey" inmate telephone system and video visitation system to include all hardware, software, installation, implementation services, and training. The Inmate Telephone System ("ITS") shall provide automated operator, collect, pre-paid, local, domestic, and international call capabilities. The system shall include all necessary telephone platforms, telephone instruments, all other equipment necessary to perform the functions and services described in the Scope of Work, system administration, call billing and collection functions, call monitoring and recording capabilities, and complete maintenance of all equipment, hardware, and software. The System must comply with the American with Disabilities Act and the proposer guarantee it will charge only rates authorized by the Georgia Public Utilities Commission (GPUC) and will comply with all current applicable Federal Communications Commission and GPUC rules and regulations.
