This is an annual contract for grading and spot restoration of existing unpaved roadways within Charlotte County. There are no local license(s) required to perform the services for this project. There will not be a Pre-Bid Conference for this project. Please send all questions to my email address below. Any questions can be answered by contacting Stacey Trowbridge, Contract Specialist at 941.743.1526 or email: stacey.trowbridge@charlottecountyfl.gov. TERM OF CONTRACT: Bidders shall bid unit prices. The prices bid shall include costs for all items/materials,equipment, permits, labor, transportation, insurance, tools and incidentals necessary for completion of the work. These prices shall be considered firm from October 1, 2022, through and including September 30, 2023. This bid may be extended/renewed for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, by mutual agreement, provided there are no changes in prices, terms, and conditions
