Project No- 1246 Middlesex Community College Derby Building Elevator Upgrades Project Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate **Sub Bid Date and time (07/22/2022 at 12:00 PM ET) in Sub project Sub Bid Category 142423 Hydraulic Passenger Elevators, 230001 HVAC, 260001 Electrical The scope of work, without limiting the generality thereof, includes all labor, materials,
equipment and services required to perform the work described fully in the Drawings and
Specifications and includes, but is not limited to the following major work:
1. Replacement of one elevator including new cab, lights, fixtures, controls and associated
equipment.
2. Enlarge and renovate existing elevator machine room(EMR). GC to coordinate work with
Filed Sub Bid Contractors. GC to include cost of standby elevator mechanic while
performing their work in EMR.
3. Provide new split system in EMR.
4. Provide new LED lights and fire alarm visual notification in EMR
B.
1. All work shall be performed so as to meet all requirements of the Contract Documents,
including, but not limited to, the plans and specifications for Derby Building Elevator
Replacement.
C. General Project Information : In addition, the Work under the Contract includes:
1. Work outside the project site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for
the performance of the Work
2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside of
the project site
3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities
D. The work will include all operations necessary to deliver the building(s) and ancillary on and
off site amenities in a fully installed and operable condition including all utility and site work
and obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, and certificates. Where utilities exist within and
adjacent to the building(s) and ancillary parking lots, and are known by the Owner, they have
been shown on the site plan(s) appearing in, but not restricted to, the exhibits. Connections to
