Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a 15,300-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The BOWLING GREEN INDEPENDENT Board of Education will receive Proposals from qualified Construction Managers (CMs) for both Pre construction Phase services and Construction Phase services. The scope of our project is a 15,300 square foot LAVEC facility. The district owns land adjacent to the high school building site that provides adequate acreage to build a new LAVEC facility. Questions concerning Request for Proposals or the project should be addressed to: Gary Fields Bowling Green Independent Schools 1211 Center Street Bowling Green, KY 42101 Initial BG-1 Submitted By 05.15.2023 Project Completion by 06.30.2025 The selected CM shall furnish a Payment and Performance Bond, in an amount equal to 100% of the proposal price as surety for the faithful performance of this contract. Bonds shall be kept in force for the duration of the contract; and, executed by a resident agent of the Commonwealth of Kentucky; and, be in compliance with Kentucky Revised Statutes.
