Demolition and site work for a residential development in Conklin, Alberta. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The work required may vary based on property type and location. This may include but not limited to: Surveying and inspection of properties prior to demolition. Prior to demolition, ensuring the demolition will not result in the release of hazardous materials that may pose a health risk to individuals and to the environment. Removal and proper disposal of hazardous materials from properties. Taking the necessary precautions to preserve the integrity of surrounding properties. Removal of recyclable or reusable material from the properties prior to demolition. Obtain all necessary permits and approvals. Completion of demolition through the use of safe and effective methods. Removal and proper disposal of any and all debris from demolition sites. Upon completion of demolition and clean-up, site should be ready for new construction.
