Renovation of a mixed-use development in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.
1. Designate submittals and delivery date for each product in Project Schedule. 2. Review shop drawings, product data, samples, and other submittals. Submit to Architect/Engineer with notification of any observed discrepancies or problems anticipated due to non-conformance with Contract Documents. 3. Receive and unload products at the site. 4. Inspect deliveries jointly with Owner, record shortages and damaged or defective items. 5. Handle products at site, including uncrating and storage. 6. Protect products from damage and from exposure toelements. 7. Assemble, install, connect, adjust, and finish products as stipulated in respective specifications sections. 8. Coordinate installation inspections required by public authorities. 9. Clean, repair, or replace items damaged by Contractor. 10. Remove and dispose of crating and packing materials for Owner-furnished materials and equipment delivered to the site. Modular Tear Down and Separation of Modulars : 8/15/2022 thru 8/19/2022 Interim Substantial Completion Date of modulars removed from storage: 8/22/2022 thru 8/24/2022 Estimated install date range for Quad at Roberts High School: 4/24/2023 thru 5/12/2023 Estimated install date range for Double at Harritt Elementary: 7/10/2023 thru 7/21/20223
