Main St. 4) Romeo, MI 48065 Proposals shall be based on the requirements set forth in the Barton Malow Builders project manual dated July 05, 2022 and construction bidding documents prepared by French Associates project drawings and specifications dated June 22, 2022 for: 1. Bid Category: Lockers Accepted Bidders will be required, as a condition precedent to award of Contract, to furnish, satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond and Certificates of Insurance as required in the Project Manual Project is subject to state sales and/or use taxes and Bidder is required to include such taxes in its Bid Proposal. Barton Malow Builders has been contracted by the Owner in the capacity of Construction Manager for the Project, and shall act as representative of the Owner to the extent required/allowed under its Owner contract. All bidders are required to prequalify to the requirements described in Document 002113 - Instructions to Bidders.
