Supply Only of Curtainwall Entranceways for Brookview MS, Parkside ES and Three Valley PS This Request is for the supply only of high thermal performance curtainwall entranceways. TDSB in-house trades will do the installation. Evaluation of Bids: Pricing 100% by location If no Bidders are compliant in meeting the requested delivery date the lowest bid by location will be selected for the delivery period of August 16, 2022 to September 15, 2022, or lowest bid by location after September 16, 2022. Deliverables: Bidder Shall provide in accordance to the provided specifications and drawings. Delivery: Product is requested to be delivered to the Board for August 15, 2022 (in order to for the Board to install prior to the start of the school year). Bidders are to state if they can supply for the August 15, 2022 delivery date with their pricing. Note on Compliancy: Delivery date shall be considered a requirement to be met by Bidders, however if supply is not available for required by date, provide the best available alternate delivery date available. Mandatory Submission Requirements with Bid: Test Reports, Applicable Warranty, References Compliancy - All Bids will require: A) Warranty: A Standard '10 year' coverage warranty is expected. The applicable warranty to be uploaded with your Bid. B) Curtain Wall and Glazing test report: These are to be uploaded with your Bid. C) Confirmation on delivery requirements (see Pricing table) D) References (see References table) Prior to fabrication: The Successful Bidder will be required to provide Commercial General Liability Certificate (as per the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDER) and Engineer stamped drawings. Addendum will posted on Bids and Tenders and notice of Addendum notice will be sent to all Registered Plan Takers through Bids and Tenders.
