The Salem-Keizer School District 24J will be establishing a price agreement with a contractor to Provide Inspection, Testing and Repairs of Rolling Fire Doors per State of Oregon required regulations. The successful vendor is to provide all the necessary equipment for Inspection/Drop Testing of Rolling Fire Doors. The District reserves the right to bid large repairs as a separate project Work Includes: Conduct inspections and drop tests annually in accordance with State of Oregon regulations. Submit inspection reports to the Maintenance/Physical Plant Operations at 3630 State Street, Salem, Oregon 97301. Reports will also be submitted to the Authority having Jurisdiction over the location(s). Written proposals for repairs will be submitted and approved by the District before work will begin. Any additional repairs necessary will be reported to the maintenance supervisor at 503-399-3095 for approval before proceeding with repairs. Providing a written guarantee for all parts and labor performed.
