Renovation of a water / sewer project in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work to be performed by the selected firm shall include: Removal of existing underground diesel storage tank and replacement of concrete pavement (details provided on site plan, Exhibit A) Install an above ground 10,000-gallon double wall storage tank (vehicle fueling system) Install 30-ft x 15-ft x 8-inch concrete pad for 10,000-gallon tank Install piping from 10,000-gallon tank to dispenser island Remove and replace dispenser island (salvage dispeners) Install 20-ft x 30-ft canopy over dispenser island Install an above ground 550-gallon double wall storage tank Install piping from 550-gallon above ground tank to Department of Public Works building (to fuel generator) Secure necessary state permits Furnish material, labor, equipment and shop drawings to install the equipment specified in Section 3, Section 4 and Section 5. The City of Oak Creek is currently seeking proposals to furnish material, labor, equipment and shop drawings to install a diesel fueling system for the City of Oak Creek.
