Consistent with university guidelines and the recent federal action plan, all vendor employees, subcontractors and subconsultants identified as embedded within The Ohio State University are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by December 8, 2021. The university is seeking a firm to coordinate a comprehensive Strategic Infrastructure Optimization Plan (SIOP) for all of the horizontal infrastructure assets (e.g. roadways, electrical, domestic cold water, etc.). This effort will incorporate information and analysis from other consultants, not under this contract, to assemble the overall plan. The selected firm will be responsible to collect data and provide analysis, based on the deliverables identified in this RFQ, on all other university owned horizontal assets, which include: - Roadways - Walkways - Domestic Cold Water - Storm Water - Sanitary Sewer - Communications - Parking Lots (not managed by a concessionaire; Columbus and regional campuses) - Steam distribution (not managed by a concessionaire; Columbus and regional campuses) - Heating Hot Water distribution (not managed by a concessionaire; Columbus and regional campuses) - Chilled Water distribution (not managed by a concessionaire; Columbus and regional campuses) - Natural Gas distribution (not managed by a concessionaire; Columbus and regional campuses) - Geothermal (not managed by a concessionaire; Columbus and regional campuses) - Electric distribution (not managed by a concessionaire; Columbus and regional campuses) - Chilled water production (not managed by a concessionaire; Columbus and regional campuses) - Steam production (not managed by a concessionaire; Columbus and regional campuses) - Electric production (not managed by a concessionaire; Columbus and regional campuses) The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
