All bidders are hereby notified that compliance with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act (Chapter 150, Laws of 1963) and pursuant to N.J.A.C. 12:60-2.1 6.1 effective March 1, 1992 and with the rules and regulations of any public agency and/or department, applicable to projects in which said department participates, will be required in the performance of any contract awarded. The successful bidder must provide certified copies of all applicable Payroll Records to the College for each payroll period during the term of this award. These records will be made available for inspection to all interested parties. A Corporation of the State of New Jersey, submitting a bid in response to the Advertisement, shall, if successful, provide a resolution authorizing its proper officers to execute a contract. A statement of ownership disclosure is required to be submitted with the bid listing all stockholders holding in excess of ten percent of the Corporate Stock. Bidders must comply with N.J.S.A. 52:32-44, Business Registration Act, as amended. Bidders must comply with N.J.S.A 34:11-56.48 et seq, The Public Works Contractors Registration Act, as amended. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days of the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to select any combination of bids or to award the contract in part or whole and to waive any informalities in or to reject any and all bids in accordance with applicable law.
