For CONCRETE SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT HOPMEADOW STREET (WIGGINS FARM RD & WOODLAND ST), SIMSBURY. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment necessary for the removal and replacement of approximately 1500 LF of concrete sidewalk, topsoiling and reseeding to establish lawn, and installation of ADA compliant concrete sidewalk ramps and related work as specified. The scope of work for this project includes furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to complete the project as specified. This project is subject to State of Connecticut Prevailing Wage requirements. Contractors must comply with the State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) Contractor Prequalification Program for any contract over $100,000.
