In general, the work consists of rehabilitation of sanitary sewer by installing cured in-place liner with approximately the following quantities for the Base Bid: 5,310 LF Sewer Rehabilitation with CIPP, 9" 910 LF Sewer Rehabilitation with CIPP, 12" 63 EA Pipe and Seal 130 LF Manhole Protective Liner Existing Manhole Alternate No. 1 through 5: Additional rehabilitation of sanitary sewer by installing cured in-place liner with approximately the following quantities: 3,410 LF Sewer Rehabilitation with CIPP, 9" 22 EA Direct inquiries to Engineer's Project Manager, Ann Ackerson, at (651) 395-1768 and Ann.Ackerson@Stantec.com. Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner.
