Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Ozark, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Replacement of the existing pool dehumidification equipment including the following: 1. Removal of the existing Dectron pool dehumidification unit, remote condenser, and associated refrigerant lines. 2. Installation of a new Dectron pool dehumidification unit, remote dry-cooler, and associated glycol piping. 3. Connection of new equipment to existing ductwork and power supplies. 4. Balancing the overall airflows of the system. 5. Please include prevailing wage in pricing of construction services. The City of Ozark is requesting a competitive bid from qualified vendors for the installation of a replacement Pool Dehumidification unit servicing "The OC" Ozark Community Center at 1530 W. Jackson Street Ozark, MO 65721. If a bid is selected, the awarded party shall be required to enter a contract with the City; said contract in substantially in that form as the draft contract available along with the entire specifications on the City of Ozark website at ozarkmissouri.com Only emailed (written) inquiries will receive a response. Inquiries received after 11:00 a.m, July 20, 2022 will be disregarded.
