**As of September 6, 2022, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** Bensalem Senior Citizens Center Restroom ADA Improvements TOWNSHIP OF BENSALEM 2400 Byberry Road Bensalem, PA 19020. Questions should be in writing and emailed to: Ken Farrall, Director of Building and Planning at kfarrall@bensalempa.gov With a copy to: Debbie South, Administrative Assistant at dsouth@bensalempa.gov This project is being paid for, in part, with CDBG funds from the US. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development. Prevailing wages established under the Davis-Bacon Act will apply to this contract. The contract documents contain requirements addressing prevailing labor wage rates, labor standards, nondiscrimination in hiring practices, participation by Section 3 residents and businesses, and related matters. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope, marked on the outside Bensalem Senior Center Restroom ADA Improvements. Bensalem Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, or take such action as it may deem to be in the best interest of the Township and as may be permitted by law.
