Small Craft Harbours (SCH) requires the replacement of the existing 480V power distribution at Steveston Paramount Complex East with a new permanent fully rated normal power distribution system at 120/208/347/600V, 3-phase, 4-wire. SCH Paramount is located in south west of Richmond at 12740 Trites Road, Richmond, BC, on Federal Crown land. General work to be performed: The provision and installation of a new low voltage electrical distribution system New electrical distribution system equipped with new Digital Metering Systems (DMS), CT/PT cabinets, enclosures, connection and miscellaneous for a fully functional smart multi-point metering system. Underground electrical distribution system installation Provision and installation of new grounding rods, grounding and bonding of all new equipment in accordance with the Canadian Electrical Code. Coordination and field verification of other existing electrical rooms, electrical equipment, and electrical details. Demolition and removal of redundant and expired electrical equipment and feeder connections Provision of concrete housekeeping pads for new transformer Provision and installation of new house panel 100A, 3Phase, 4W, 42CCT Provision and installation of new lighting, lighting controls, heaters, data outlets, receptacles, and miscellaneous devices within new electrical room Provision of shop drawings for all new equipment Arc flash Study test report and fuse coordination test report.
