The City of Elk Grove (City) is accepting proposals from qualified Consultants (Consultant(s)) for Professional Engineering Consulting Services, Elk Grove-Florin Road Complete Street & Resurfacing Project (WTR078, Federal Aid STPL-5479(077)) to provide preliminary engineering services necessary for the preparation of plans, technical specifications and estimate including bid, award phase services, and design services during construction in accordance with the included specifications, terms, and conditions shown in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Prospective respondents are advised to read this information over carefully prior to submitting a proposal. Upon receipt of this proposal, send an email to the contact's name below to acknowledge the Consultant interest and providing a contact name and email for any communications during the RFP process.
