Renovation of a multi-residential development in Ocean City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Substitution requests must be made in writing by Tuesday, August 2, 2022 11:00 am, and Requests for Information must be made in writing by Tuesday, August 2, 2022, 11:00 am. The work consists of renovations, located at 635 West Avenue, Ocean City, NJ 08226. Contract length is 180 calendar days. Bidding will commence on Thursday, July 7, 2022. Bidders proposals must be accompanied by an intent to bond letter stating the single project capacity as well as an aggregate capacity. A surety company satisfactory to the Owner and qualified to do business in New Jersey shall certify each intent to bond. This invitation to bid supersedes any provision of the instruction to Bidders that conflict with the provisions hereof. The non-collusion forms and non-default forms included with the bidding documents must be properly completed and must accompany all bids. All proposals shall be irrevocable for sixty (60) days after bid opening date. Ocean City Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any or all irregularities, defects, errors, omissions, mistakes or irregularities in proposals, informalities relative thereto, to reject any or all proposals or parts thereof and to make awards as may be deemed in its best interest.
