**As of September 21, 2022, project was awarded to DVM Utilities, Inc in the amount $10,395,404.00, plus a 6% contingency of $623,724.24 for a total of $11,019,128.24 for construction.** The City of Inkster has allocated funds to begin the elimination of CSO outfalls 010,011, & L-41. The elimination will be completed in four (4) phases. Phase 1 will consist of the construction of two large 60- inch diameter storm sewers, via trenchless methods, that will ultimately carry the displaced storm water through the city. The project also consists of two connecting storm sewers to be constructed on John Daly Street and Bayhan St, and connecting storm inlets to the new larger storm sewers.
