As of 09/07/2022 The scheduled start date for Guardrail is October 15th and Pavement marking start date is October 22nd. The bid will be awarded at the Pierce County Highway Com-mittee meeting on July 21, 2022 at 8:30 AM. The information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be ex-amined at the following location: 621 Cairns St., Ellsworth, WI 54011. Prequalification of Bidders will not be required. The Contract shall be subject to Wis. Stats. 66.0903 pertaining to prevailing wage rates and Federal Davis-Bacon wage rates. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 30 days after the actual day of the opening thereof. Any contract or contracts awarded under this Advertisement for Bids may be funded in part by a grant from the Community Development Block Grant Program. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his/her bid, an amount to secure the bid and subject to the conditions provided in the Informa-tion for Bidders, in accordance with bidding requirements set forth in Wis. Stats. 62.15(3).
