Renovation of a golf course in Gainesville, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.
Complete removal and replacement of the existing HVAC system as shown on the contract documents. The project is located at 2100 NE 39th Avenue Gainesville Florida 32609 in the Ironwood Clubhouse Building. Contractor to include all demolition, excavation, protection, access, coring, cast concrete, steel, fencing, drywall patching painting and hoisting lifting as needed to complete the work. Vendors will provide protection of the entire work area and supervision during all work onsite. The work to include signage and pedestrian barriers as needed and required. Work to be scheduled to minimize building HVAC shutdown/s needed. Shut down times will be agreed to and pre-approved by the owner and contractor prior to scheduling. Any damage caused by the work process to existing surroundings will be repaired at vendor's expense. Provide to the Engineer of Record a final HVAC start up report and T&B report from an independent Test and Balance company. The duration for Substantial Completion of this project shall be 180 days from receipt of materials and supplies
